Real Dream Team NBA – Schedule Analysis – Week 19

By
Updated: March 2, 2020

Start planning now for Week 20. It is going to suck! We only have 6 teams with 4 games, and of those, only Nikola Jokic is a lock to be in your team. You also need to get rid of any players who play for Detroit (Wood), Philadelphia (Embiid and Simmons who are injured anyway), Phoenix (Booker, Ayton) and Toronto (Lowry, Siakim) this week. They only have 3 games this week, and follow it up with 2 games the week after.

Schedule Breakdown

8 Game Teams

The 8 game teams are as follows:

Brooklyn, Boston, Chicago and Utah.

Rudy Gobert is worth looking at, as would team mate Donovan Mitchell. You can look to bring in any of Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Gordon Hayward, but be aware they rarely have 4 good scoring games in a week, as they share the load so well as a team.

Oh Captain, My Captain!

Last Week’s Selection – Joel Embiid

Predicted Avg – 40

Actual Scores – 62, 1 (inj), inj, inj

The captain curse is alive and well! After having a monster first game of the week, scoring a huge 62 Fantasy points, I was up and about over my captain choice. It didn’t take long for karma to bite me on the bum, with Embiid injuring a shoulder in the next game. From now on, I’ll just keep my mouth shut I think.

Captain Options

Luka Doncic (Dal)

James Harden (Hou)

Russell Westbrook (Hou)

Domantas Sabonis (Ind)

Bam Adebay0 (Mia)

Giannis Antetokounmpo (Mil)

Rudy Gobert (Uta)

Keeler’s Captain Choice – Rudy Gobert

Predicted Average – 36

Utah play 4 games on the road this week, however 3 are against teams that are struggling this season. They have games against Cleveland, New York, Boston and Detroit. He should score will against all of them.
