Dream Team NBA Schedule Analysis – Week 21

Updated: May 10, 2021

Ladies and Gentleman, we did it. We made it to the end. Well, almost. There is just one week to go in Dream Team NBA and it is all done and dusted. Well done and good luck to all those who have made it through to their league finals (me) and those that are vying for some cash money for top overall score (definitely not me).

It’s been a tough year, especially early on with all the game delays, but it definitely settled down in the second half of the year. Thanks to everyone who has read the articles this year, and also got in touch via Twitter or Facebook.

Let’s have a look at some end of season awards. If you think different, let us know via @OTLSAus and @OTLSArchie on twitter.

He will be easily the top overall scorer for the season, scoring over 2500 Fantasy points for the year so far. This is a massive 500 points more than the next closest player, Giannis Antetokounmpo. He has also played every game so far, so his durability has been outstanding. He was obviously a regular for Captain, and never disappointed.

Rookie of the Year

LaMelo Ball

After a slowish start to the season, Ball really kicked into gear once he was given the opportunity to start for the Hornets due to injuries. Once he got that role, he grabbed it with both hands and didn’t relinquish it until struck down by injury. He made around $5.5 million from his starting price to his peak price, and finished the season with a not too shabby 21.3Fppg average.

Most Improved Player

Julius Randle

I’m not sure what the biggest surprise is, the fact that New York are border-line good, or that they have been led by journeyman Julius Randle. He averaged a very respectable 28Fppg for this season, and has been a fixture in many teams throughout the season.
