BBL07 – Early Ratings

Updated: October 30, 2017

We are getting closer to the December 19 launch of BBL07, and with that, the research for Big Bash Fantasy is starting to heat up, where we will see 47 games in 43 days.

Thanks to Zano, who has been on light duties through injury, he has put a little snap shot together of the best performed players from BBL06.

Despite missing the back half of BBL06, Chris Lynn tops the list for best bats. Early reports, from Lynnsanity himself, show that he will be back for BBL07.

There is value to be found based on BBL06 all-rounder stats, with Thisara Perera one to keep a close eye on early. Having come in to the Renegades squad after the Dwayne Bravo injury, Perera could push to a considerable average having a full BBL07.

Wicket Keepers

Matthew Wade still seems to be the man for Australia, which should see him struck from consideration, but outside of that, there is no real value that jumps straight off the page. In saying that, if Tim Paine were to getting his batting going for a BBL season, his scoring could well see him become the #1 keeper for BBL07.

The clear standout that provides massive value for BBL07 is, Jason Behrendorff. Although, planning on Behrendorff being available for the entirety of BBL07 is unlikely, with the Scorchers pace bowler already being called up for Australian 1-day duties in 2017.

Ish Sodhu is without a team at this time, but should be find his way to Australia this summer, playing 5-6 games should see a solid return from the spinner.

We have a heap planned for BBL07, so have your eyes peeled on our Social Media channels below. We are very pleased to have the BBL06 winner, Kyle Robson as a contributor for all of our content in 2017.
